These terms govern your use of Airotica (“the site”), operated by the site’s owner (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

1. Adults only

The site contains sexually explicit fiction. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you are, if higher) and it is legal for you to view adult material where you are. You confirm this when you pass the age check, and you must not let anyone under 18 use your device to access the site.

2. Reading

Reading is free and does not require an account. Stories are provided as-is for personal reading. You may not scrape, bulk-download, republish, or use the site’s content to train machine-learning models without the author’s and our permission.

3. Author accounts

• You need an account to publish. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done with your account.
• One person, one account. Don’t impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the content guidelines, following the enforcement ladder described there.

4. Your content

• You keep your copyright. Publishing here does not transfer ownership of your work.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your submitted content on the site, to make the technical copies needed to do that (including search indexing and automated content classification), and to show excerpts in listings and previews. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups and any copies we must keep for legal reasons.
• You confirm that you wrote what you submit (or hold the rights to it), that it is fiction, and that it follows the content guidelines.
• Submitted content is reviewed before publication by an automated classifier and by human moderators. We may reject, edit tags and warnings on, unpublish, or remove content at our discretion, and we may decline to explain beyond the reason recorded on the rejection.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Submitting content that violates the content guidelines — the hard lines there are absolute.
• Uploading anything you don’t have the right to publish. See the copyright policy.
• Uploading an avatar that contains nudity or sexual content, or that depicts a real person other than you. The site hosts no sexually explicit imagery — see the §2257 statement.
• Abusing the report system, attempting to bypass moderation, or interfering with the site’s operation.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, follow the process on the copyright / DMCA page. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. All stories are works of fiction by their authors; we do not endorse their content and are not responsible for it. We may change, suspend, or end the site or any part of it at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site — which, for a free site, is nothing.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
