Airotica publishes erotic fiction written by adults, for adults. The category list tells you which themes are welcome; this page tells you where the boundaries are. Every chapter is reviewed against it before it goes live, first by an automated classifier and then by a human moderator.
1. The principle
- Everything here is fiction. Nothing on this site is permission to depict, document, or facilitate real acts against real people.
- A theme having a category (Taboo & Incest, Reluctance / Dubious Consent, Mind Control, Non-Human, Erotic Horror, …) means it is permitted as fiction within the limits below — not that it is unlimited.
- These rules apply to chapter text, story titles and blurbs, and author profiles.
- Profile avatars are the only images the site hosts. They may not contain nudity or sexual content, and may not depict any real person other than you. They are removed on report — see the §2257 statement.
2. Hard lines — never permitted
A submission that hits any of these is blocked, never auto-published, and routed to high-priority review. Hard-line violations skip the warning ladder and go straight to removal and a ban.
- Minors in sexual content. Every participant in any sexual situation is an adult (18+), and that must be clear from the text. This includes characters stated or implied to be under 18 regardless of a claimed age; “aged-up” versions of real minors or characters who are canonically minors; de-aging, age regression, or childhood-flashback sexualisation; childlike description paired with sexual content even with a stated adult age; and sexualising a dependent or ward framed as a child.
- Real abuse material or abuse instructions. Any real child sexual abuse material, or content that works as instructions for abusing a real person.
- Sexual content about real, identifiable people. No sexual or erotic depiction that names or clearly identifies a real person — private individuals and public figures alike. No real-person fan fiction. A character watching a real film is fine.
- Snuff. Sexual content whose payoff or eroticised focus is the actual death of a sexual participant.
- Facilitation of real harm. Working instructions for real crimes; real drug names and doses as a recipe for incapacitating someone; trafficking logistics; dangerous practices (breath play, suspension, electrics) presented as a safe how-to.
- Hate content. Dehumanisation of a protected group framed as endorsement; slurs used as harassment; real-world hate propaganda. In-scene language inside a fetish frame is the category’s purpose and is not this.
- Bestiality. Sexual content involving real-world animals in realistic scenarios. Non-real creatures belong in Non-Human (see below).
- Anything illegal in the jurisdiction the site operates from, for any reason not already listed.
3. Age and consent
Age
- Every sexual participant is 18 or older at the time of the depicted act, and their adulthood must be establishable from the text — an explicit age, or unambiguous context (holds a career, is a parent of adults, “in her thirties”).
- Automatic red flags that will at least send a chapter to review, and block it if age is not clearly established: high-school / secondary-school / “senior year” / grade references; “teen” used as an age rather than a genre shorthand; “barely legal” plus childlike description; babysitter / student / ward scenarios without a clear adult age; de-aging or age-play into childhood.
- “Teen” as a search or genre term for 18–19 is tolerated in tags but never overrides a red flag in the text.
Consent
- Non-consent and dubious-consent themes are permitted as fiction — in the categories built for them and anywhere else they appear — with a mandatory content warning and tag.
- Framing must not read as advocacy, endorsement, or instruction for real assault. Depiction is not endorsement: a story that portrays coercion is allowed; a story arguing that real coercion is desirable is not.
- Never involving real, identifiable people.
4. Per-category limits
Categories not listed carry only the hard lines and the age / consent rules above.
| Category | Additional limits |
|---|---|
| First Time | “First time” means first adult sexual experience. 18+ at the time. No school or grade settings, no childhood framing. The highest-scrutiny category for age. |
| Taboo & Incest | Blood relations permitted. All parties adults, adulthood unambiguous, clearly fictional. No childhood-flashback sexualisation; no minor characters anywhere in the sexual content. |
| Reluctance, Coercion & Dubious Consent | Fiction only. Mandatory content warning and tag. No advocacy or how-to framing. Never real people. Dark fantasy, not instructional detail. |
| Mind Control | Functionally non-consent — same warning and tag treatment. No working real hypnosis, chemical, or medical procedure described as a method. |
| Non-Human | Non-real beings only: creatures, monsters, aliens, anthro / furry, mythological, robots / AI. Realistic real-world-animal scenarios are excluded. Non-human participants are sapient adults; no child-coded creatures. |
| Erotic Horror | Violence, gore, fear, body horror, supernatural threat, and death of non-sexual characters are allowed. Sexual participants are adults and survive as a baseline. No snuff payoff. No eroticising real atrocities, real tragedies, or identifiable real victims. |
| BDSM / Fetish | Heavy or edge content must be tagged and warned. In-fiction negotiation and aftercare are encouraged but not mandatory. No dangerous real-world practice presented as safe instruction. |
| Loving Wives | Infidelity / hotwife / cuckold / swinging. All adults. Not framed as real revenge porn or aimed at a real person. |
| Exhibitionism & Voyeurism | Fiction only. Nothing framed as a real account of filming or observing a real, non-consenting person. |
| Interracial | The category is attraction and fetish dynamics; in-scene language in that frame is permitted. Real-world racial hatred, dehumanisation as endorsement, and hate propaganda are not. |
| Transgender / Crossdressing | Affirming or fetish framing both permitted. Nothing that dehumanises real trans people as a class or uses slurs as harassment. Misgendering in a character’s voice is allowed; the narrative framing must not be hate. |
| Mature | “Mature” means older adults. Never “underage but mature”. |
| Sci-Fi & Fantasy | Long-lived, immortal, or non-human-origin characters in sexual content present as adults. “Centuries old but childlike” is a hard-line violation. |
5. Tags and content warnings
- Every chapter has a category, and a heat rating that is assigned in review — from an AI suggestion, not by the author: Non-explicit (romantic tension at most), Explicit (sex written out), Intense (explicit plus intense kink, edge play, or extreme content). Readers can filter by it.
- A content warning and tag are mandatory when a chapter contains: non-consent or dubious consent; mind control, hypnosis, or chemical influence as a consent vector; incest or blood relations; extreme BDSM or edge play; substantial violence, gore, or body horror; scat, watersports, or other heavy fetish content.
- Warnings and tags are yours to set and are also suggested automatically at submission. A missing required warning sends the chapter to review and is added there — it is not, on its own, a strike.
6. Enforcement
- Every submission is reviewed before it can be published. The automated classifier sorts the queue (block / flag / allow); a human moderator makes the decision.
- Readers can report any published chapter anonymously; reports go to the moderation queue.
- Progressive enforcement: warning → strike → 7-day suspension → ban. A suspension or ban blocks signing in entirely. Hard-line violations skip the ladder.
- You may contest a rejection once; a moderator re-reviews. Hard-line removals are not appealable.
- Suspected child sexual abuse material is preserved, not distributed, and reported as the law requires.
